Lynx Spider

Like a statue it posed in silence
fore legs up in dance position,
modelled for me to click with precision
don't miss my spiny bristles it said ...
its my source of recognition.

* Lynx spiders are very speedy runners and leapers, alert and with good vision. These long legged hunting spiders with bristles are capable of running very fast and jump on their prey like a cat. This is why their common name is lynx spider. They do not use a web to catch prey.The spider can be easily be identified by the very long spines on their legs and their eye setting (4 pairs of eyes).
