With no leaves 
but many hanging pods 
coloured light yellowish brown                             Mr. Shirish wears a conspicuous crown. 

Among green trees he stands out loud.              Can't be missed,                                                 can't resist,                                                      being mesmerised by Mr. Shirish.

Deciduous tree. 
Leaves drop fully by the end of cold weather. And all you see... are seed pods on the tree.
